Save Your Skin
SLIP, SLOP, SLAP, SEEK SLIDE THIS SUMMER
When the UV Index is 3 or above make protecting your skin part of your daily routine.
SLIP on the sun protective clothing that covers as much skin as possible.
SLOP on SPF30+ broad spectrum, water resistant sunscreen 20 minutes before going outside and reapply every 2 hours.
SLAP on a broad-brimmed hat that covers the face, neck and ears. The brim should be 6cm for children and 8-10cm for adults.
SEEK shade
SLIDE on some sunglasses. Make sure they are labeled with Australian Standard 1067.
